Abstract:
A nut for loosening prevention whereinto a synthetic resin molding has been inserted is disclosed. The nut for loosening prevention according to the invention comprises a bolt coupling cavity that has a spiral groove formed on its inner circumference in order to couple with a bolt; a synthetic resin molding seat part that is formed on the face whereon the spiral groove is formed, and a synthetic resin molding that is seated on the synthetic resin molding seat part to forcefully form a thread by the thread of the bolt upon coupling with the bolt, wherein the synthetic resin molding seat part is formed in the groove of a certain length along the length direction of the bolt coupling cavity, and at least one end part of the groove is open externally along the length direction, and a push prevention means is further included in the synthetic resin molding seat part so that the synthetic resin molding may be prevented from being pushed in the length direction of the bolt coupling cavity. Thus the nut for loosening prevention of the invention couples gaplessly with the bolt, and is consequently effective in preventing loosening, and enables the synthetic resin molding to be easily exchanged from the used nut for loosening prevention, so that the nut for loosening prevention may be conveniently reused. In addition, after the synthetic resin molding has been removed, and anti-corrosive plating has been carried out, a synthetic resin molding may be attached so that the plating process can be carried out straightforwardly.
