Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nut processed food containing lactobacillus and a method for producing the same. The nut processed food containing lactobacillus of the present invention has a remarkable effect that not only includes the functionalities of useful metabolites generated when live bacteria of lactobacillus or lactobacillus is fermented but also improves tastes and colors, thereby reinforcing the value of nuts in terms of all aspects of nutrition, function, quality, and flavor.
