Abstract:
This nut (1) includes: a substantially cylindrical nut body (3) that comprises a plurality of nut segments (3a); an outside cover (4); a pressing ring (5); an inside cover (6) that has a pressing plate (6a) at one end section and that covers the outer circumference of the nut body (3); and a ring-shaped spring (7) that biases the nut body (3) so that the diameter of the nut body (3) expands. Protrusions (8) that protrude in the circumferential direction are formed on the inner surface of the inside cover (6), and grooves (9) are formed on the outer surface of the nut body. The protrusions (8) and the grooves (9) have inclined surfaces (10) that abut each other on the same axial side.
