Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nutritional component-enhanced cereal bar, and more specifically, to a nutritional component-enhanced functional cereal bar for inhibiting a rise in blood glucose level, the cereal bar containing, as cereal raw material components, at least one selected from grains and nuts, and containing, as nutritional components, at least two components selected from vitamin, omega-3, tocopherol, calcium and protein, wherein, when producing a binder component, a binder component having a novel configuration made by adding chocolate is used, and thus the cereal bar is rich in nutritional components beneficial to the human body, inhibits a rise in blood glucose level and has improved texture, and thus is adequate as a snack or a meal replacement for breakfast.
