Abstract:
Wool/camel hair/graphene nylon blended woolen fabric, and manufacturing method thereof. Graphene nylon is a novel material, and is blended with wool and camel hair in appropriate proportions to obtain novel fabric having warp yarns made of 70s wool and weft yarns made of 70s wool, graphene nylon6DTY 70D/24F, and fine camel hair. The method employs the following steps: spinning, weaving, finishing, etc. The woolen fabric is light, smooth, brilliant, and comfortable, and has superior characteristics for producing apparel. Graphene nylon fibers are added to improve durability. The fabric has functions of far infrared heat generation in a low temperature environment, UV resistance, and anti-bacterial and anti-mite effects. In this way, the present invention overcomes the shrinkage problem of pure wool fibers, combines complimentary functions, and reduces costs.
