Title:
OAM MULTIPLEXING COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND OAM MULTIPLEXING COMMUNICATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/059408
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This OAM multiplexing communication system uses an OAM mode as the basis in the dimension of the rotation direction to multiplex and transmit multiple signal series. A transmission station is provided with: a transmission antenna which uses an M-UCA comprising multiple concentrically arranged UCAs, each of which comprises a plurality of antenna elements arranged at equal intervals around a circle; and a means which performs a basis conversion in the rotation direction and radial direction dimensions in a polar coordinate system of which the origin is the center of the multiple UCAs, and multiplexes and transmits multiple signal series for each composite mode formed by a combination of different bases of each dimension. A receiving station is provided with: a receiving antenna which uses a M-UCA comprising multiple UCAs, with the UCAs arranged in concentric circles; and a means which receives the signals transmitted multiplexed from the transmission station, performs basis conversion in the rotation direction and radial direction dimensions on the received signals and separates the multiple transmitted multiplexed signal series.
