Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a system for delivering an object from a space which has a low degree of cleanliness to a space which has a high degree of cleanliness. Provided is a system which delivers an object from a space which has a low degree of cleanliness to a space which has a high degree of cleanliness, said system comprising: a particle removal unit which removes particles which adheres to the object; a microorganism removal unit which removes microorganisms which adhere to the object; and a degree of cleanliness measuring unit which measures the degree of cleanliness of the object. The degree of cleanliness in the degree of cleanliness measuring unit is equivalent to the degree of cleanliness of the space which has the high degree of cleanliness.
