Abstract:
An extraction unit (70: S310) extracts reflection points which are located in a judgment target range and are stationary, as judgement target points. A group generation unit (70: S330-S350) uses one of the judgement target points as a starting point and generates a connected group by extracting the judgment target points which are successively aligned at intervals less than or equal to an acceptable connection distance from the starting point. A judgement unit (70: S360-S420) judges, if judgement conditions are satisfied, that a vehicle is travelling in a special environment in which the accuracy of object information is decreased. The judgement conditions include that a judgment point which is set in accordance with the number of the judgment target points belonging to the connected group generated by the group generation unit exceeds a point threshold value.
