Title:
OBJECT DETECTION DEVICE, IN-VEHICLE RADAR SYSTEM, MONITORING RADAR SYSTEM, OBJECT DETECTION METHOD OF OBJECT DETECTION DEVICE, AND PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/211948
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an object detection device comprising a receiver. The receiver comprises: a reception unit for receiving an RF reception signal that is a reflected wave of an RF transmission signal which is obtained by cyclically sweeping a frequency and which was reflected by a target object; an IF signal generation unit that generates an IF signal by mixing the RF transmission signal and the RF reception signal; a position detection unit that detects the position of the target object on the basis of a spectrum amplitude calculated from the IF signal from which the cyclical frequency has been swept; a displacement detection unit that detects the displacement of the target object on the basis of a one-dimensional spectrum phase at the position, the one-dimensional spectrum phase being calculated from the IF signal; a speed detection unit that detects the speed of the target object on the basis of a plurality of the IF signals; and a target object determination unit that identifies the type of the target object using the detection results of the displacement detection unit and the speed detection unit, or the detection results of the displacement detection unit, environment information defined for each position and the detection results of the position detection unit.
