Abstract:
In the present invention, for each tracked object, that is, object that is being tracked, a range setting unit (10; S230-S320, S420-S430) sets a connection range that is the range within which the tracked object is expected to be capable of moving on the basis of a state quantity for the tracked object determined in the previous processing cycle. For each tracked object, an association extraction unit (10; S460-S470) extracts, as associated reflection points, reflection points that have been detected in the current processing cycle and are positioned within the connection range. The state quantity update unit (10: S140) updates the state quantity of each tracked object in the current processing cycle on the basis of the previous state quantity and the state quantities of the associated reflection points.
