Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to determine an object detection rate by an operator of a monitoring center that monitors automatic driving. Therefore, the present disclosure is an object detection rate calculation device that calculates an object detection rate that indicates a rate at which a person can detect a predetermined object shown in a video on the basis of video quality parameters obtained from an imaging unit installed on a mobile object that can move automatically, and distance information indicating a distance from the moving object or the imaging unit to a predetermined object.
