Abstract:
An object identification device that has a foreground extraction unit that extracts the foreground from an input image and generates foreground extraction results. A state extraction unit extracts the state of the foreground on the basis of the foreground extraction results. An identification model selection unit uses a selection model to select one or more identification models on the basis of the extracted state. An identification unit uses the selected identification model(s) to identify moving objects included in the input image.
