Abstract:
The disclosed object lens (10) includes: a lens (120) having an incident surface (11) and an exit surface (12); and an anti-reflection film (121) formed on the exit surface (12). The transmittance (T1_0 [%]) of the anti-reflection film (121) for when the incident angle of a first laser beam having a first wavelength (λ1; 390 nm ≤ λ1 ≤ 430 nm) is 0 degrees and the transmittance (T1_40 [%]) of the anti-reflection film (121) for when the incident angle of the first laser beam is 40 degrees satisfy the following relationship: 0.95 ≤ T1_0/T1_40 ≤ 1.05. The transmittance (T2_0 [%]) of the anti-reflection film (121) for when the incident angle of a second laser beam having a second wavelength (λ2; 630 nm ≤ λ2 ≤ 680 nm) is 0 degrees and the transmittance (T2_40 [%]) of the anti-reflection film (121) for when the incident angle of the second laser beam is 40 degrees satisfy the following relationship: 0.85 ≤ T2_0/T2_40 ≤ 0.97. With the above constitution, the degradation of focal spots caused by a reduction in diffraction efficiency is inhibited.
