Abstract:
An object stage (10), a camera module detection device (100) and a detection system having same and a detection method thereof. The object stage (10) comprises a rotary table (14) and at least one work jig (13). The rotary table (14) can be driven to rotate, at least one reloading position (101) and at least one detection position (102) are provided at an outer side of the periphery of the rotary table (14). The work jig (13) is used for loading a camera module, is configured on the periphery of the rotary table (14), and is driven via the rotary table (14) to rotate circumferentially around a central shaft between the reloading position (101) and the detection position (102). The camera module detection device (100) further comprises a reloading module (20) and a detection module (30).
