Abstract:
The present invention shortens analysis time while suppressing variations in types of tissue pieces or statistics by a diagnostician. This objective biological substance analysis system 1 is provided with a microscope 10 for imaging tissue specimens after staining and an analysis device 20 that receives imaging results from the microscope 10. The analysis device 20 generates a microscope image of the tissue specimens after staining, segments the microscope image into fixed sizes, analyzes the stained state of the microscope image for each segment, and calculates a fixed statistic on the basis of the analysis results thereof.
