Abstract:
[Problem] In radar observation and the like, to enable extraction of an actual radio wave source to make it possible to distinguish the same from information that is not an actual radio wave source, even if the signal-to-noise ratio is not sufficiently high. [Solution] A signal processing unit 15 performs a Fourier transform in an azimuth angle frequency domain of a distribution function of a received electric field signal from an antenna in which a beam is scanned within a prescribed azimuth angle, on the basis of the received electric field signal and an azimuth angle signal of the scanned beam, divides a signal resulting from a Fourier transformed first spectral function by a signal resulting from a second spectral function obtained by performing a Fourier transform in the azimuth angle frequency domain of an antenna pattern of the antenna, and uses Prony's method to fit the divided signal to parameters using an exponential function including a real part and an imaginary part.
