Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an observation device, observation program and observation method suited for detection of a subject of observation and observation thereof. [Solution] An observation device comprises a microscope optical system, an image pickup unit, a spectroscopic unit, and a detection unit. The image pickup unit picks up an image, using the microscope optical system. The spectroscopic unit acquires an absorption spectrum or a Raman spectrum in the ultraviolet, visible or infrared region, using the microscope optical system. The detection unit detects a subject of observation in an observation sample by using the absorption spectrum or Raman spectrum.
