Abstract:
When both large vehicles and small vehicles are being operated in a mine, the present invention differentiates and detects both. A transportation vehicle of the present invention for use in a mine is provided with a first obstacle detection apparatus and a second obstacle detection apparatus. Each of the obstacle detection apparatuses is provided so that each of their detection directions faces the same direction in a horizontal plane, and the first obstacle detection apparatus 111 is provided at a height capable of detecting small vehicles and the second obstacle detection apparatus 112 is provided at a height capable of detecting large vehicles without detecting small vehicles. A detection processing apparatus 120 determines whether a detected body is a small vehicle or a large vehicle on the basis of the detection results of the first obstacle detection apparatus 111 and the second obstacle detection apparatus 112.
