Abstract:
To provide a means for notifying information including the location, trajectory, type of an obstacle discovered by passengers on a train and positioned on the outside of the train, without relying on a sensor mounted on the train, an obstacle notification device 235 includes: a sensor unit 240 mounted on a train 230, the sensor unit 240 acquiring video data indicating a set of objects that may prevent the train from running; an obstacle notification interface unit 245 in which an user inputs an obstacle specification information that specifies, for video data, at least one object of the set of objects as an obstacle 275; an obstacle location determination unit 250 that calculates the location of the obstacle using the obstacle specification information; and a notification unit 255 that provides, to a predetermined notify party, obstacle notification including the location of the obstacle.
