Abstract:
An occluder (100, 100a, 100b) and an occlusion device (300b), comprising: a mesh occlusion body (1, 1a), which is provided with a cavity (103, 103a), and a proximal end bolt head (2, 2a, 2b); the proximal end bolt head (2, 2a, 2b) is provided with a locking hole (15, 15a, 15b) which penetrates the cavity (103, 103a); the occluder (100, 100a, 100b) further comprises a locking member (14, 14a, 14b), a distal end of the locking member (14, 14a, 14b) being connected to a distal end of the occlusion body (1, 1a); the locking member (14, 14a, 14b) is an elastic member, and the locking member (14, 14a, 14b) comprises a connecting portion (141, 141a) which is connected to the occlusion body (1, 1a), as well as a first bending portion (142, 142a, 142b) which has a first bending angle (A, A1); the diameter of a circumscribed circle of a projection of the first bending portion (142, 142a, 142b) on a cross section perpendicular to a length direction thereof is smaller than the diameter of the smallest inscribed circle of a locking hole (15, 15a, 15b), and the width of a projection of the first bending portion (142, 142a, 142b) on a plane perpendicular to a longitudinal central axis direction of the locking hole (15, 15a, 15b) is larger than the diameter of the largest inscribed circle of the locking hole (15, 15a, 15b). The occluder (100, 100a, 100b) and the occlusion device (300b) are simple in structure, and the size of the locking member (14, 14a, 14b) is easy to control and convenient for processing, thereby simplifying the preparation process and locking operations, while the locking member (14, 14a, 14b) has high locking reliability, and does not easily fail, a locking operation process being reversible, and a locking process and a recovery process being simple and easy.
