Abstract:
The electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat includes the floating aeration device and the supporting carrier, the latter being placed in the middle of the former. The upper of the supporting carrier is connected with the seat, and there is storage battery mounted inside the supporting carrier. Under the floating aeration device there is a small propeller. Inside the enclosed shell in the front of the propeller, a DC motor and a gear reducer are installed. The wheel is connected to the enclosed shell in the front of the propeller through the interconnecting linkage mounted on the supporting carrier. The speed regulator is set inside the wheel. The air charging and release valve is set in the rear of the floating aeration device. The electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat integrates the floating aeration device with the small electric propeller. The aerated sport boat can navigate on the water through the propeller turning under the water, and the navigation direction can be changed by the wheel. It is convenient and safe to use, particularly good for children to get overwater amusement. What is more, it has the function of electrically automatic aeration to make it easy for the user to use, carry and pack it away.

Claims1. The electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat includes the floating aeration device, and it is also characterized in that the supporting carrier is placed in the middle of the floating aeration device. The inner end of one handle of the wheel is connected with an eccentric axis which butts on the regulating button of the electronic stepless speed regulator.

The utility model involves in the aerated floating tool or toy, especially a kind of electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat.

Background technology

Using the traditional floating aerated aquatic product, such as aerated lifeboat, etc., people can only passively float on the water, hard to move ahead and around freely, let alone change navigation speed at will.

The overwater means of transportation driven by fuel oil like autoboat, aquatic motorboat, etc., though able to move on the water, are inconvenient to be laid aside due to their considerable weight and fixed volume. In addition, the environment will be polluted by the exhaustion when fuel oil is used as power, which does not conform to the requirement of modern environmental preservation.

About the invention

In order to overcome the defects of existing overwater means of transportation and products for sport mentioned above, the utility model provides people with an electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat to satisfy their need of aquatic amusement and transportation.

The electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat is realized by adopting the technical solution as follows. The solution includes the floating aeration device and the supporting carrier, the latter being placed in the middle of the former. The upper of the supporting carrier is connected with the seat, and there is storage battery mounted inside the supporting carrier. The wheel is located on the head of the floating aeration device under which there is a small propeller. Inside the enclosed shell in the front of the propeller, a DC motor and a gear reducer are installed. The wheel is connected to the enclosed shell in the front of the propeller through the interconnecting linkage mounted on the supporting carrier. The speed regulator used to control the rotation speed of motor is set inside the wheel. The air charging and release valve is set in the rear of the floating aeration device.

The electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat integrates the floating aeration device with the small electric propeller. The aerated sport boat can navigate on the water through the propeller turning under the water, and the navigation direction can be changed by the wheel. It is convenient and safe to use, particularly good for children to get overwater amusement. What is more, it has functions of electrically automatic aeration and automatic air release contraction to make it easy for the user to use, carry and pack it away.

There is a speed regulator on the wheel to control the rotation speed of the motor. The user may adjust the speed regulator to change the advancing speed of the sport boat.

Specific application mode

It is illustrated in detail together with the attached diagrams of the application.

Refer to Fig. 1 -3. The typical application of the electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat consists of floating aeration device 1 , supporting carrier 2, small propeller 8, wheel 4, speed regulator, and so on.

The specific structure of floating aeration device 1 can be generally similar to those of the aerated product like traditional lifebelt, aerated sport boat, etc. It can imitate various aquatic tools and animal models. The floating aeration device is approximately three to six feet long.

The propeller 8 is beneath the floating aeration device 1. Inside the enclosed shell 11 in the front of the propeller, a DC motor 10 and a gear reducer 9 are installed. The supporting carrier 2 is set in the middle opening of the floating aeration device. The upper of the supporting carrier is connected with the hard plastic seat 13, and there is storage battery 7 mounted inside the supporting carrier 2. The wheel 4 is located on the head of the floating aeration device I . The wheel is connected to the enclosed shell 1 1 in the front of the propeller through the interconnecting linkage 3 mounted on the supporting carrier. The speed regulator 16 used to control the rotation speed of motor is set inside the wheel. The air charging and release valve 14 is set in the rear of the floating aeration device.

Inside the supporting carrier 2, there is a mini air pump 5 which is connected to the floating aeration device 1 through adaptor 6. The mini air pump can automatically perform electric aeration. The gear reducer 9 adopts the planetary gear reducer, etc. The air charging and release valve 14 in the rear of the floating aeration device can be general air mouth or air valve. Aeration can be carried out by means of the externally connected air pump through the aeration mouth.

As shown in Fig. 4, the speed regulator 16 inside the wheel is electronic stepless speed regulator. One handle 12 of the wheel 4 acts as the regulating rod for the speed regulator. The inner end of handle of the wheel is connected with an eccentric axis 17 which butts on the regulating button of the electronic stepless speed regulator. Turn the handle to adjust the movement of the regulating button by the eccentric axis to control the electronic stepless speed regulator which further controls the rotation speed of the motor.

Prior to using the electric propulsion aquatic aerated sport boat, the user should charge the storage battery 7 to its full capacity. When it is used, the operating air pump 5, through adaptor 6,

performs automatic aeration to make the floating aeration device 1 swell. After aeration is finished, one or two persons can sit on the hard plastic seat 13. When the user turns the wheel, the DC motor 10 will be started by means of the speed regulator. The DC motor, through the gear reducer 9, drives the small propeller 8 to rotate which propels the aerated sport boat to advance on the water.

The rotation handle 12 can adjust the speed regulator to change the rotation speed of the DC motor 10 which further changes the propelling speed of the small propeller 8. The advancing direction of the aerated sport boat can be changed by turning the wheel 4, and the maximum turning angle may reach about 180 degrees.

After use, open the air charging and release valve in the rear of the floating aeration device to expel the air from inside the device. The boat will restore to the status suitable for packing away in a few minutes, making it easy for the user to carry and store it.
