Disclosed is an OCT medical catheter withdrawal device (100), comprising a catheter (10), a withdrawal structure (20) and a driving member (50), wherein the withdrawal structure (20) comprises a driving wheel (22) and a first driven wheel (24); the driving wheel (22) is fixedly mounted to the driving member (50); the catheter (10) is located between the driving wheel (22) and the first driven wheel (24) and is in contact with the driving wheel (22) and the first driven wheel (24); and the driving member (50) drives the driving wheel (22) to rotate such that the catheter (10) is pushed or withdrawn. Compared with the prior art, the catheter (10) of the OCT medical catheter withdrawal device (100) is located between the driving wheel (22) and the first driven wheel (24), and is in contact with the driving wheel (22) and the first driven wheel (24); the driving member (50) drives the driving wheel (22) to rotate such that the catheter (10) is pushed or withdrawn; and an auxiliary supporting structure (30) is capable of guiding a moving direction of the catheter (10).
