An OCT probe driving device and an OCT detection apparatus are disclosed. The OCT probe driving device comprises a mounting bracket (110), and an optical fiber slip ring (120), an optical fiber slip ring coaxial auxiliary module (130) and a probe connection module (140) that are mounted on the mounting bracket (110) and provided coaxially in sequence, a rotation driving unit and a withdrawal driving unit. The withdrawal driving unit comprises a withdrawal driving servo motor (163), a guide rail (162) and a sliding block (161) arranged axially along the central axis. The sliding block (161) is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket (110), and the sliding block (161) is connected to the withdrawal driving servo motor (163), and the sliding block (161) slides along the guide rail (162) under the driving of the withdrawal driving servo motor (163). The OCT probe driving device and the OCT detection apparatus can realize an arbitrary angular rotation of the OCT probe along a central axis and an axial movement along the central axis, so as to satisfy the need of controlling the OCT probe during detecting.
