Abstract:
An OCT tomography probe, an OCT imaging system and an imaging method, the probe comprising: a MEMS micro galvanometer (7), an optical fiber concentrator (4), a camera module (6), a probe base (5), and other components. An optical fiber slot (51) is provided on the probe base (5) to fix the optical fiber concentrator (4), and the shape of the optical fiber slot (51) is adapted to the shape of the optical fiber concentrator (4) to prevent other components from affecting the position and angle of the optical fiber concentrator and to ensure the stability of imaging; by using the features of miniaturization and a large angle of the MEMS micro galvanometer (7), while maintaining a relatively small probe diameter, the structure of the entire probe is simplified as much as possible, the machining process of the probe is simplified, and the fixing and light transmission effect of the optical fiber concentrator (4) is ensured. An imaging focal plane is adjusted by means of the camera module (6) to precisely control the imaging area and the starting position of the guide light. The OCT tomography probe can be used for cervical imaging diagnosis, enabling same to be fast, non-staining, highly sensitive and highly specific, and a full-field medical diagnostic tool.
