Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are an ODN resource management method and device, which may carry out the following: determining a second quantity of first sub-areas, the quantity of network nodes comprised in the second quantity of first sub-areas being equal to a first quantity, the second quantity not being greater than the smallest positive integer of a ratio between the first quantity and the capacity of a spectrometer, which ensures that the second quantity is the smallest; a second sub-area corresponds to a first network node in a first sub-area, the distance between a network node in the second sub-area and the first network node in the first sub-area corresponding to the second sub-area being shorter than the distance to the first network node of all other first sub-areas, the resulting network nodes comprised in the second sub-area having a concentrated location so that the problem of one sub-area dividing another sub-area into two parts will not occur; and determining two third sub-areas, the number of network nodes comprised in the two third sub-areas being approximately equal, and the resulting number of network nodes in the third sub-area being balanced.
