Abstract:
This odor sensor is provided with: an ion sensor having a sensitive film; a substance adsorption film which is arranged on the sensitive film and adsorbs an odor substance to be sensed; and an electrode which applies a reference voltage to the substance adsorption film. The substance adsorption film is in a state where protons are released upon adsorption of an odor substance.
