Abstract:
The present invention comprises a silicone elastomer emulsifier in place of a dispersant to prevent the generation of a specific odor due to a conventional silicone acrylate dispersant. In addition, as the silicone elastomer stably traps an inorganic UV-blocking powder of a high specific gravity even in a low-viscosity cosmetic composition, the cosmetic composition has excellent formulation stability, such that, when the low-viscosity cosmetic composition is impregnated in a foam carrier, the composition can have excellent filling, impregnating and discharging abilities.
