Abstract:
In cellular mobile communication in which an OFDM system (including a MIMO-OFDM system) is used, respectively different regular matrices are allocated to base stations. In order to prevent an increase in the detection error rate of information due to the interference of subcarriers having the same or close frequencies in a case in which signals reach a user from a plurality of base stations, coordinate axis rotation is performed using a regular matrix with respect to an input signal to a base station transmission-side IDFT in the OFDM system, whereby the information is dispersed over the entire OFDM signal, rather than being unevenly distributed for a single subcarrier. In this way, an increase in the information detection error rate due to deterioration of the radio wave propagation characteristics of a specific subcarrier is prevented.
