Abstract:
The present invention relates to an off-street parking management system using tracking of a moving vehicle. To this end, the present invention: tracks a vehicle through image processing in real time from just before the vehicle approaches a parking bar of a parking lot entrance up till the vehicle moves, enters the parking lot, parks, and exits the parking lot; controls each parking bar by sensing, in a non-contact manner by using a stereo camera, whether the vehicle approaching the parking lot entrance reaches a parking bar open position or a parking bar close position; and links and displays the parked vehicle and the vehicle number of the corresponding vehicle on a monitor of an unmanned parking fee payment device, and thus the present invention has advantages of easy installation construction, simple maintenance, and convenient fee payment.
