Abstract:
This offense stopping device (10), for stopping traffic offenses by traffic offenders including pedestrians and bicyclists, is provided with an offense detection unit (12) and a light irradiation control unit (19). The offense detection device (12) detects pedestrian or bicyclist traffic offenders. When a traffic offender has been detected by the offense detection unit (12), the light irradiation control unit (19) controls a light irradiation device (27) to irradiate light onto the traffic offender.
