Abstract:
An offline teaching device according to the present invention comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires, from an inspection robot which inspects a workpiece for production, information pertaining to respective positions of the workpiece and a welding robot; a calculation unit that calculates the position of the workpiece and the position of the welding robot; a conversion unit that converts the position of the workpiece relative to the inspection robot to the position of the workpiece relative to the welding robot; a correction unit that corrects the position of a teaching point in a welding teaching program to be used for welding and that corrects the position of a teaching point in an inspection teaching program to be used for inspection of the workpiece; and an output unit that outputs a corrected welding teaching program.
