Abstract:
Embodiments include methods performed by a low power processor of a computing device for facilitating transitions between an active mode and a low power mode by eliminating synchronization of Bluetooth (BT) and/or BT Low Energy (BLE) context information between a high power processor and the low power processor during such transitions. The method may include activating active mode BT interface modules of a BT native stack of the low power processor during an active mode in which an application processor of the computing device is active, transmitting BT data from the active mode BT interface modules to a Remote Procedure Call (RPC) server of the low power processor. And transmitting, via the RPC server, BT data to an RPC client of the application processor of the computing device.
