Abstract:
Disclosed is an oil agent for one-step spinning drawing method with crude oil oiling. The oil agent comprises the following components: a smoothing agent: composed of white oils of various viscosities; an antistatic agent: one of or a combination of a fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether potassium salt and a quaternary ammonium salt; a bundling agent: one of or a combination of a high molecular weight polyoxypropylene ether, and polyethylene glycol 400 dioleate; and an emulsifier: one of or a combination of several of a fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, a fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, a castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, a sorbitan fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether, and a sorbitan fatty acid ester. The oil agent is convenient for use in the following processes, and there is no need to prepare an emulsion, such that the use of distilled water is saved on, and the labor cost for preparing the emulsion is also saved on.
