Abstract:
An oil bath type air filter with electrostatic filtration comprises an electrostatic filtration chamber (1). One end of the electrostatic filtration chamber (1) communicates with an air inlet pipe (3). A first filter screen (4) is disposed inside the air inlet pipe (3). A first electrostatic generator (6) is disposed outside the air inlet pipe (3). The first electrostatic generator (6) is fixed to the air inlet pipe (3) via a fixing frame (5). The first electrostatic generator (6) is connected to the first filter screen (4) via an electrostatic emission rod (7). An inner wall of the electrostatic filtration chamber (1) is provided with a dust collecting barrel (8). A second electrostatic generator (9) is disposed outside the electrostatic filtration chamber (1). The second electrostatic generator (9) is fixed to the electrostatic filtration chamber (1) via the fixing frame (5). The second electrostatic generator (9) is connected to the dust collecting barrel (8) via the electrostatic emission rod (7). The other end of the electrostatic filtration chamber (1) communicates with one end of a filtration chamber (2). Another end of the filtration chamber (2) communicates with an air outlet pipe (15). A second filter screen (16) and an annular pipe (17) are disposed inside the filtration chamber (2). The annular pipe (17) is provided with a spraying orifice (18). An oil storage tank (19) is disposed outside the filtration chamber (2). The oil bath type air filter with electrostatic filtration eliminates defects in the prior art such as a single filtration technique and a poor filtration effect.
