Abstract:
An oil cleanliness testing device, hydraulic machinery, an oil cleanliness testing method. The testing device comprises a sampling cell (1), a microscope camera (2), an image acquisition card (3), a local controller (4), a cloud controller (5), a display module (6), and a protection lamp (7). The sampling cell (1) is provided with an inlet allowing oil to flow in and an outlet allowing oil to flow out; a microscopic image acquisition module is used for acquiring microscopic images of the oil flowing through the sampling cell; the processing module compares the microscopic images with images of the oil under different pollution degrees in a database, so as to obtain the cleanliness of the oil. This testing approach takes a short time; the cleanliness of the oil is obtained by means of program analysis, and is not subjectively affected by personnel, and therefore, the error is small; moreover, the price of the microscopic image acquisition module is relatively low, and thus the cost of the testing device is relatively low. The inlet and outlet of the sampling cell (1) are separately connected to an oil circuit, and the sampling cell does not affect the oil circulation of the hydraulic machinery; therefore, the cleanliness of the oil can be tested during normal operation of the hydraulic machinery, thereby monitoring the cleanliness of the oil in real time.
