Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oil-collecting assembly and to an original direct flame oven, which maximally prevent heat from flowing toward an oil-collecting recess, such that food can be cooked while oil is collected in the oil-collecting recess, without having to supply water to the oil-collecting recess.
