Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an oil composition in which oxidation of oil is inhibited and an oxidation inhibiting method of oil. [Solution] This oil composition includes an oil, an ionic surfactant, and a polyhydric alcohol, the oil composition having an L2-L1 value calculated by the method below being positive. L1 value: value of lightness of the oil composition. L2 value: value of lightness of an emulsion obtained by adding 100 mass times of fresh water to the oil composition.
