Abstract:
The present invention provides an oil-cooled motor heat dissipation structure and a motor, the heat dissipation structure comprising: a oil injection component, which is provided at both ends of a stator core. The outer diameter of the oil injection component is not less than the outer diameter of the stator core, and the oil injection component makes contact with a housing, so that an outer surface of the stator core, the housing, and the oil injection component form a cooling medium circulation cavity in order for a cooling medium to flow, in the cooling medium circulation cavity, along the outer surface of the stator core. The oil injection component is provided with a oil injection channel, one end of which communicates with the cooling medium circulation cavity and the other end of which communicates with an internal cavity of a motor. The oil injection channel is obliquely disposed from an end surface of the oil injection component to a stator end winding, so that the cooling medium is sprayed from the cooling medium circulation cavity along the oil injection channel onto the stator end winding. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that a cooling oil circuit design connected in series is used for stator core heat dissipation and end winding heat dissipation, thus omitting an oil spraying component, heat dissipation of each part is performed by each part by using a maximum flow of a cooling medium, and the utilization of the cooling medium is greater.
