Abstract:
Disclosed are an oil exploitation drilling tool circulating cooling device and the use of normal octane as a refrigerant. The cooling device comprises a refrigerant loop and a heat insulation cylinder (9); a turbine (4), a compressor (5) and a condenser (6) in the refrigerant loop are arranged outside the heat insulation cylinder (9); an expansion mechanism (7) and an evaporator (8) are arranged in the heat insulation cylinder (9); the turbine (4) and the compressor (5) are arranged above a compression resistance cylinder (2); a drilling fluid drives the turbine (4) to rotate; the turbine (4) drives the compressor (5) to work; the condenser (6) is arranged between a drill collar (1) and the heat insulation cylinder (9); and the evaporator (8) is arranged around the outer wall of the compression resistance cylinder (2) to cool an electronic device while drilling in the compression resistance cylinder (2). The cooling device uses normal octane as a refrigeration cycle working medium in a high-temperature temperature area of 150°C to 250°C, a drilling tool is cooled by means of a refrigeration cycle, and therefore, the refrigeration requirements of scenarios such as those of petroleum drilling instruments while drilling are met.
