Abstract:
Provided is an oil and fat composition which contains diacylglycerol and wherein crystal deposition is suppressed, even at low temperatures. The oil and fat composition contains at least 20 mass% of components (A) and (B), with (A) being a polyglycerine fatty acid ester wherein the mean degree of polymerisation of the glycerine is at least 20, and (B) being diacylglycerol.
