Abstract:
An oil filling amount online detector comprises: an oil injector, used for being connected to an oil source so as to circularly extract quantified smog oil and externally inject the extracted quantified smog oil after extraction, the oil injector comprising an oil filling nozzle allowing the quantified smog oil to externally flow; a weighter, used for placing singly extracted quantified smog oil and weighting the oil amount of the quantified smog oil; and an oil filling nozzle position switching apparatus, used for switching the oil filling nozzle between a detection position and a production position. The oil filling nozzle position switching apparatus switches the position of the oil filling nozzle between the detection position and the production position, so that the weight of the quantified smog oil injected by the oil injector can be detected during a smog oil injection and production process, so as to determine whether the oil filling amount is qualified in the production process; the detection precision is high, and mass unqualified oil filling amount in the production process can be prevented.
