Abstract:
The present invention provides an oil fryer provided with a filtration circulation system for removing foreign substances and moisture, the oil fryer comprising: a case forming the outer appearance thereof; an oil storage part disposed in the case and having the shape of a container having an open top to receive frying oil therein; and a filtering part which includes an oil drain port connected to the lower end of the oil storage part, and a driving part disposed on the other side of the case and generating predetermined power to filter frying oil received in the oil storage part and supply again clean flying oil into the oil storage part.
