Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an oil-gas outlet anti-coking device for adsorption medium self-circulation regeneration. The oil-gas outlet anti-coking device comprises a particle flow adsorption system and a medium combustion regeneration circulation system which are in communication with each other, wherein the particle flow adsorption system is used for adsorbing components that are prone to coking on the outer surface of an adsorption medium to form a coking layer, and feeding the coked adsorption medium into the medium combustion regeneration circulation system; and the medium combustion regeneration circulation system is used for quickly combusting the coking layer on the outer surface of the adsorption medium to realize the regeneration of the adsorption medium, and feeding the regenerated adsorption medium into the particle flow adsorption system for recycling. The device of the present invention can be flexibly arranged according to an oil-gas pipeline of a preceding-stage reactor, has wide adaptability, and can be directly grafted to existing thermal equipment without the need for great modification thereof; and the adsorption medium can realize automatic adsorption, regeneration and circulation without the need for frequent pipeline disassembly for decoking, such that long-time continuous operation of thermal equipment is guaranteed.
