Abstract:
An oil-gas separation device of a filtering adaptive pressure-regulating engine, comprising a pre-separation device (200) disposed in a cylinder head cover (100). The pre-separation device (200) is opened with an air inlet hole (212) and an exhaust hole (213), and the cylinder head cover (100) and the pre-separation device (200) are combined to form an oil-gas channel. The pre-separation device (200) comprises: a filter plate (202) arranged on a bottom plate (201), and a coarse separation device and a fine separation device arranged in parallel on the bottom plate (201), wherein the fine separation device is located behind the coarse separation device, and the exhaust hole (213) is arranged behind the fine separation device. The present oil-gas separation device of the filtering adaptive pressure-regulating engine may perform secondary acceleration on an oil and gas mixture to separate large oil droplets and small oil droplets respectively and cause same to flow out by means of an oil return cavity, and has high separation efficiency. In addition, the oil-gas separation device of the filtering adaptive pressure-regulating engine achieves the effect of adaptively adjusting the internal pressure of the pre-separation device by means of providing a check valve (214).
