Abstract:
An oil-impregnated sintered bearing 8 has a sintered body of a copper-iron alloy containing 40 mass% or more of copper, and has inner pores impregnated with oil. The sintered body contains: copper derived from copper powder 13 contained in partial diffusion alloy powder 11 in which copper powder 13 having a particle size of 20 μm or less is diffusion-bonded beforehand to the surface of iron powder 12; and copper derived from elemental copper powder 14.
