Abstract:
This oil-in-water composition comprises: at least 10 mass% of powder having a hydrophobic particle surface; 15 mass%-35 mass% of an oil phase including powder; an aqueous phase in which the oil phase is dispersed; and a dispersant that disperses the oil phase in the aqueous phase. The powder is contained in an amount of at most 2 parts by mass with respect to 1 part by mass of the oil phase. The average particle diameter of the oil phase is 0.5 μm-20 μm. The polydispersity index (PDI value) of an average particle diameter of the powder is at most 0.4. The dispersant is a core-corona type microgel having a hydrophilic group partially introduced on the surface of a hydrophobic gel micro-particle.
