Abstract:

In the present invention, it is possible to prepare a stable oil-in-water emulsion composition even when using a solid oil component, with which large oily particles exceeding 50 μm in size have been difficult to form in the past, and improve the uniformity of the particle size and shape of the oily particles. An oil-in-water emulsion composition in which oily particles containing a solid oil component, a liquid oil component, and a powder are dispersed in an aqueous phase, the oil-in-water emulsion composition being characterized in that the average particle size of the oily particles is 50 μm to 10 mm and the powder is inside the oily particles, and a cosmetic based on the composition.
