Abstract:
Provided is an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic for the skin which contains components (a) to (e): (a), a powder, (b), a compound selected from a group consisting of lecithin, a polymer or copolymer containing a phosphorylcholine group as a constituent component, amino acids, acylated amino acids, and polyoxyethylene coconut oil fatty acid glyceryl, (c), a film-forming agent selected from a group consisting of a polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol, (d), a polyvalent alcohol, (e), and water; also provided is an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic for skin which further contains solid oil as a component (f). This skin cosmetic satisfies the mutually contradictory properties of a cosmetic film easily removable with warm water, etc., while having a lasting cosmetic effect.
