Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic which, while being an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic, can stably hold a powder component having a soft-focus effect and can also achieve an effect that was not possible with conventional corrective cosmetics, such as imparting a springy feel. The present invention provides an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic that is characterized by: containing (A) 1-10 mass% of a higher alcohol, (B) 2-20 mass% of a non-ionic surfactant, (C) a silicone elastomer powder, (D) a coloring agent, (E) water, and (F) an oil component; the coloring agent (D) containing a coloring pigment (d1); and the coloring pigment containing 0.5 mass% or more of iron oxide.
