Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an oil-in-water type composition which satisfactorily spreads when being applied and which enables, after being applied, a dry and smooth skin touch to be obtained. The oil-in-water type composition is characterized by comprising: an aqueous medium which includes water, and water-soluble and volatile organic solvent; an oil which is dispersed in the aqueous medium; an oil-absorptive hydrophobic powder which can absorb the aqueous medium and the oil, wherein the oil-absorptive hydrophobic powder holds the aqueous medium.
